We are looking for skilled Forklift Drivers to join our warehouse team in South Bend, IN! This role requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work independently while keeping up with fast-paced business needs.

Pay & Schedule:

• $22/hr

• Shift: Sunday–Tuesday + alternating Wednesdays, 4:00 PM – 4:30 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently, following all Health & Safety guidelines.

• Handle warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, inspecting, and delivering orders.

• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and error reporting.

• Follow SOPs and work instructions with precision.

• Collaborate with team members and internal customers to meet business goals.

• Keep consistent productivity levels in line with team standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven forklift operation experience in a warehouse environment.

• Ability to work independently and stay productive over extended periods.

• Physically fit for packing, loading, and related warehouse duties.

• Consistent record of meeting performance and pick-rate targets.

• Dependable, reliable, and committed to accuracy.

• Strong communication skills (spoken, written, and reading English).

• Bonus: Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) and basic PC proficiency.
