?? Location: Durham, NC
?? Pay: $22-24/hr DOE
?? Shifts Available:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
?? All training is conducted on 1st Shift

Position Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components with precision and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to produce high-quality metal parts
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Program machine controls to adjust angles, depths, and dimensions as required
Select and install proper tooling and dies
Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure accuracy
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Collaborate with the production team to meet quality and delivery goals

Qualifications for CNC Press Brake Operator:

Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC press brake machines (Amada, Cincinnati, Accurpress, Trumpf, etc. preferred)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
Proficient in measurement and quality inspection tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Reliable, safety-conscious, and a team player
