Job Opening: Production Supervisor

Position Summary:

Day Shift 7:00am – 3:30pm

$22.00 – 24.00 per hour based on experience

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Production Supervisor to lead and support our manufacturing operations.

• Line Oversight & Progress Monitoring:
• Monitor daily workflow and ensure production goals are met.
• Communicate expectations clearly and track team performance throughout the shift.
• Equipment & Maintenance Coordination:
• Report machine issues promptly to the appropriate personnel for repair.
• Ensure minimal downtime through proactive communication and coordination.
• Workflow & Efficiency Management:
• Measure throughput and identify bottlenecks.
• Implement solutions to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement:
• Uphold high-quality production standards.
• Foster a continuous improvement culture by evaluating performance and suggesting enhancements.
• Communication & Collaboration:
• Maintain clear communication with management, team leads, and operators.
• Administrative Duties:
• Ensure accurate recordkeeping at each production cell.
• Report production results and relevant updates to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to coach, train, and develop team members
• Willingness to accept constructive feedback and grow professionally
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
