Hours: 2nd shift. For an 8 hour shift (most common), 8 hours- 1:15pm-9:45pm 10 hours – 3:15pm-1:45am 12 hours – 5pm-5am 

Job Responsibilities:

• Set-up rails, print, and die cut section accurately in accordance with proper setup techniques

• Inspect all dies before and after run to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before the next run

• Ensure all bolts for cutting dies are in place and tightly secured

• Monitor box quality, including, but not limited to, loose liner, warp, correct size, and print

• Check anilox rolls for damage

• Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed

• Assist First Helper, Stacker, and Bundlers with job duties on the machine • Cross-train on other machines

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 months relevant Machine Operator experience
• Attention to detail
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Basic math
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to identify problems
• Able to multi-task
• Ability to read ruler/tape measure
