Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team as Picking and Packing Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using order sheets or scanners

• Pack items securely to ensure quality and safety during shipment

• Label, sort, and stage completed orders for delivery

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Previous warehouse or production experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
