QC / NDT Level II Inspector

Job Summary:

Position requires performing visual inspection of welded parts and assemblies in accordance with the applicable design requirements

Duties:

• Visual inspection of welded parts and assemblies in accordance with the applicable design requirements

• Interpretation of drawings, procedures, instructions, and specifications for determining the acceptance of the product undergoing examination

• Perform dimensional inspection on piece parts and assemblies in accordance with applicable design documents within the manufacturing facility, at supplies, or at the customer site

• Monitor and records results of component testing (hydrostatic testing, coating, etc.), witness, or process audits in accordance with documented procedures

• Prepares non-conformance reports, where applicable, and completes all other documentation requirements

• Ensure documentation of inspection and testing is performed

• Assist in the training of other personnel as required by management or as required by the specific task being performed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ year experience working within a manufacturing environment/facility

• Will be expected to stand for 8–10-hour shifts

• Resume required

Pay: $25-30 depends on experience.

Shift: 1st shift Monday-Friday 6:00am to 4:30pm (10-hour shifts/Saturdays required)

Machine Operator Plasma Cutter

Plasma Laser Cutter Operator

Job Summary:

Position requires operating Messer Edgemax plasma cutting machine.

Duties:

• Experience operating Messer Edgemax plasma cutting machine, using Omniwin for programming

• Experience operating the Bystronic Bystar 4020 laser cutting machine, using Bybase for programming

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working within a manufacturing environment/facility

• Will be expected to stand for 8–10-hour shifts

• Resume required

Pay: $20-$24 depends on experience

Shifts: 1st shift 6:00am – 4:30pm and 2nd shift 4:00 pm to 6:00 am

10-hour shifts. Saturdays & Sundays when required.
