Are you looking for a stable, rewarding career in manufacturing? Our company is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support our growing operations. Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, weekends and be on call

What You’ll Do:

• Load and unload trailers using manual or powered equipment
• Oversee 30-60 employees
• Hands on, working the floor more than a computer
• Forklift Operation
• KPI tracking
• Customer Service
• Sort and organize freight for delivery
• Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Abilty to use Excel, WMS, email and customer communications
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
