About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate machines designed to cut rolls of sheet metal to length. This position requires precision, consistency, and strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery to cut sheet metal rolls to specified lengths.

• Measure and verify material dimensions for accuracy.

• Monitor machines during operation to detect malfunctions or irregularities.

• Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.

• Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing or metal fabrication setting is required.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of measuring tools.

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable attendance and willingness to work 2nd shift.

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (depending on experience)

• Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Monday – Friday, some overtime may be required)
