We are a small, growing team looking for dependable and dedicated individuals to join us as Assemblers. In this position, you’ll work with small metal and plastic parts, making sure products are built to our quality standards. Responsibilities:

• Assemble small metal and plastic components according to instructions

• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow safety practices and company procedures

• Work as part of a small team to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

• Ability to work with small parts and pay close attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Requirements:

• Ability to stand for 8 hours and perform repetitive tasks

• Comfortable working with small parts and using basic hand tools

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs as needed

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Good attendance and punctuality are essential

• Positive attitude and willingness to grow with a small team

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
