Pay Range: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday through Friday, First Shift
Location: Claremore, Oklahoma
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, filing, and data entry
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting various departments
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support HR and accounting functions with document management and recordkeeping
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus
