Direct Hire – Maintenance Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage maintenance staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for all production equipment and facility systems.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to support operational goals.
• Manage budgets and control costs related to maintenance operations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years management experience in maintenance or facility management.
• Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry required.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and reliability-focused maintenance practices.
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and maintenance documentation.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, or related field preferred
