Looking for a dependable, full-time opportunity in a clean and organized warehouse environment? We are hiring Picker/Packers to support daily operations in Fort Wayne, IN. If you’re detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to work, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Receive picking list or task assignment from leadership
• Retrieve cart and input order into production system
• Accurately pick and verify items from shelves using paper, RF scanner, or voice-activated system
• Place items on cart and scan completed orders
• Stage completed orders in the correct area
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 6 months of work experience in a warehouse or similar environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and working independently or in a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

Essential Skills & Physical Requirements:

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Ability to grip, grasp, bend, squat, twist, reach, and push/pull up to 45 lbs
• Ability to walk and stand continuously during shift
• Ability to meet production standards and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment

• Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Reading comprehension skills up to high school level
• Writing skills up to high school level
• Math skills – basic arithmetic, addition, subtraction
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work safely and adhere to safety guidelines in a warehouse environment
• Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
• Ability to work independently or collaborate in a group environment
• Ability to be flexible/multi-task based on workflow demands.
• Ability to meet and maintain production standards
• Ability to maintain reliable attendance
• Ability to read, write, speak, hear, see, think, communicate, concentrate, learn, and work

• Education and Experience

• 6 months in at least one previous job
• 6 months work experience which included walking, standing, lifting/carrying, pushing/pulling, gripping/grasping, bending, squatting/kneeling, twisting/turning, climbing, crawling, reaching above shoulders, typing/keyboard
• Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift
• Ability to lift/carry in full range of motion up to 20lbs during the assigned shift – 20lbs or less frequently
• Ability to push/pull in a warehouse environment up to 45lbs - 10lbs or less frequently and 11-45lbs occasionally
• Ability to grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift
• Ability to bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn, climb, crawl, reach above shoulder, and type/keyboard frequently during the assigned shift
