IT – Help Desk Support – Level 2
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm
Pay TBD – Based on Experience
This opportunity will require that candidate selected works physically in the company’s Knoxville, TN Headquarters.
This position will require in-person IT support for the local engineering team. Candidates must be personable and professional with a willingness serve their team. Must be capable of effectively communicating with everyone from warehouse to executive levels. There will also be remote support needed for their out of state and out of country locations.
Experience in ERP Software, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamic EP, VPNs, Azure ID, and an understanding of firewalls. Printer setup and trouble-shooting.
