Job Opening: 2nd shift Assemblers NEEDED ASAP – Rockford, TN

ResourceMFG is now hiring for Flex N Gate in Rockford, TN.

$18.50/hr 

 Shifts:

2nd (Assembly): 3:00pm – 1:30am 

 Assembly Job Duties:

• Attaching foam pieces to components part, ensuring proper placement
• Attaching clips, mylar, and cut-line seals to plastic parts
• Proper use of hand tools 
• Perform general inspection tasks, take appropriate action to remove deformed product from the line

 Molding Job Duties:

• Monitoring all processes related to injection molding
• Performing adjustments to ensure parts are at standard rates 
• Inspect molds for correct set up
• Support daily production by identifying solutions for chronic issues and problems that cannot be resolved by production associates
