Job Requirements

- Able to read ruler/tape measure or other quality tools
Job Responsibilities
- Follow safety guidelines
- Follow standard work instructions as assigned
- Perform hands-on tasks
- Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Identify and resolve problems concerning equipment and materials
- Ensure product meets customer specifications
- Meet production standards
- Work in a team environment
- Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation
- Inspection of product

Overall Responsibilities:
The list below highlights the essential job responsibilities but is not exhaustive.
- Conduct Final product audits against the engineering drawings and specifications.
- Perform in-process and incoming inspection.
- Perform product reliability testing. (Cycle and Burst Testing)
- Support our nonconforming material system ensuring product is properly identified, contained, and monitored during rework.
- Assist with day to day trouble shooting of quality issues
- Interacts with all departments to ensure product quality requirements are being met.
- Enters audit, inspection, and test data into various databases and reports.
- Conducts quality related training with employees.
- Reviews all documentation related to product quality, such as test procedures and work instructions.
- Conducts dimensional analysis and records data.
- Conducts Internal ISO audits, and supports the ISO program.
- Assist in the rework of field returns and complaints
Qualifications, Skills, Competencies:
- Knowledge of Quality systems
- Knowledge of the operation process
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Word and Excel, Access a plus
- Blueprint reading
- Understanding and use of basic gages and tools
- Communication – Ability to Communicate to all levels clearly and concisely
- Teamwork - Contributes to building a positive team spirit
- Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to direction; Takes responsibility for own actions; Commits to overtime as required.
- Prefer 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with Quality
Work Environment:
Some exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes, odors and heat or cold.
