Furnace Operator/Machine Operator

Location: Wixom, MI
Pay Rate: $16.30/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

Are you reliable, hard-working, and ready to work in a hands-on industrial environment? We’re looking for a dedicated Furnace Operator to join our team in Wixom. This role is essential to our production process and requires attention to detail and the ability to work in high-heat conditions.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor industrial furnaces according to safety and production guidelines
Load and unload materials into the furnace
Maintain proper furnace temperatures and process times
Conduct routine quality checks and record data
Follow all safety protocols in a hot work environment
Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:

Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Ability to work in a hot environment for extended periods
Must be able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and punctuality
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
