Entry-Level Press Operator – Wentzville, MO

$16/hr | 1st Shift | Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Looking to get your foot in the door with a hands-on role in a creative, fast-paced environment? We’re a custom gift factory in Wentzville, and we’re on the hunt for a dependable, detail-oriented press operator to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with basic machine experience who’s ready to grow, learn, and be part of something special.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate press equipment with care and precision
• Help set up, monitor, and clean up production runs
• Keep your workspace tidy and safe
• Follow production guidelines and safety procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic experience with machinery (we’ll train you further)
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Must have consistent transportation to and from Wentzville
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
