Job Opening: Production Associate

ResourceMFG is looking for Production Associates in the Sparta, TN area! Manufacturing background is preferred. 

Shift: 2nd Shift (3pm-11:15pm) Monday-Friday

Pay: $15 an hour, with a pay bump at 30/60/90-day evals, meeting expectations the positions would pay $16

Job Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced production environment to meet daily production goals
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, sorting, and assembly
• Ensure quality standards are met and report any issues or discrepancies
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Follow safety protocols and work as a team to ensure smooth production flow

Requirements:

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand or move for extended periods
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Previous experience in manufacturing
