Location: Millersburg, OH
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Shift: Training on 1st Shift, then move to 2nd Shift | Full-Time

ResourceMFG is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Assurance team in a plastics packaging facility. This is a great opportunity for someone motivated to learn and grow in a clean, structured environment.

Job Duties:

• Inspect finished products and in-process work for defects

• Perform quality checks according to customer specifications

• Use measuring and testing equipment to ensure compliance

• Document inspections and complete required forms

• Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment (lift up to 40 lbs)

What to Expect:

• Training begins on 1st shift, then transition to 2nd shift as permanent schedule

• Opportunity to be cross-trained across multiple departments

• Hands-on experience with inspection tools and GMP standards

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and near vision

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English

• Basic math and machine operation skills

• Dependable, self-motivated, and a good communicator

• Team player with a positive attitude
