• Demonstrates a strong commitment to safety and proactively identifies preventative safety measures

• Organizes assigned work area to ensure efficient access to and understanding of all current orders

• Communicates effectively with customer service regarding incoming and in-process work

• Maintains a clean, organized, and compliant shop environment following 5S principles

• Operates within established safety, quality, and financial guidelines

• Stays informed on project status and overall shop performance; monitors departmental metrics

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or shop floor environment preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with 5S methodology and safety protocols
