Experienced Welder/Fabricator – Full-Time

Pay: $19.00 – $26.00/hour (based on experience)
Location: [Insert Location if applicable]
Schedule: Full-Time

We’re seeking a skilled and reliable Welder/Fabricator with a strong background in MIG and TIG welding. If you take pride in precision work and enjoy working with both aluminum and steel, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of welding experience
Proficient in MIG & TIG welding (Aluminum & Steel)
Skilled in welding Carbon and Stainless Steel
Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics
Must be able to pass a weld test
AWS Certification is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements to plan layouts and procedures
Select appropriate welding methods and equipment based on project requirements
Set up components and cut materials to match specifications
Operate grinders and other tools to prepare parts for welding
Align and clamp components using measuring tools (tape measures, rulers, etc.)
Perform welding using various techniques (GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, etc.)
Use manual and electrical tools (saws, calipers, squares, etc.)
Maintain high standards of safety and wear appropriate protective gear
Ensure precision and attention to detail in all fabrication tasks
