Job Responsibilities:

• Pressure wash and clean heavy machinery and equipment as directed

• Assist with general shop maintenance including sweeping, organizing tools, and clearing debris

• Support technicians and shop staff with basic tasks and equipment prep

• Comfortable working in outdoor and indoor environments 

• Basic mechanical aptitude including hand tools

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor 

Job Requirements

• Minimum 6 months relevant/recent manufacturing experience 
• Sandblasting or Power washing experience 
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
• Basic computer skills
