Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of facility systems and equipment.
• Maintain and repair facility structures, doors, flooring, lighting, and fixtures.
• Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; request replacements as needed.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or major projects.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
• Assist with general custodial duties and support special projects as required.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years related experience 
• Able to use basic hand and power tools
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to read blueprints/drawings
• Hand eye coordination and dexterity
