Job Opening: Customer Service Tour Guide
Description
We are hiring Tour Ambassadors!
Join a local Experience Center team and help share their story with visitors of all ages. Ambassadors lead guided tours, drive electric trams, and present their values, careers, and innovations.
Pay: $18/hr | Schedule: Part-time, Mon–Fri (3–4 days/week)

Ideal candidates:
- Energetic, friendly, and great with people
- Comfortable speaking to groups
- Strong MS Office skills
- HS Diploma/GED & valid driver’s license required
Bonus if you have customer service, education, or bilingual (English/Spanish) experience.
- Must be 18 years old with a high school diploma
- Computer experience with emphasis on Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to speak in front of groups of people
- Ability to work with all levels within the organization including executives and VIP guests
- Must have current driver’s license
