Now Hiring: CNC Machine Operators – Morning Shift 

Shift: Morning: 6:00AM – 4:30PM
Pay: $17.00 -25.00 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Operator with 5+ years of proven experience to join our 1st shift team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a precision-driven manufacturing environment.

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce high-quality components.

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and control plans with accuracy.

• Perform in-process inspections using gauges, measuring tools, and applied math skills to ensure conformance to specifications.

• Maintain machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal productivity.

• Document production data and adhere to all safety and quality standards.

• Minimum 5 years of CNC operating experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.

• Proficient with precision measurement tools and inspection techniques.

• Solid understanding of control plans and manufacturing processes.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
