Job Opening: Accounts Payable

Employbridge is hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk for a very busy manufacturer in ABQ. The right candidate will have minimum one year of Accounts Payable experience and be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions and prepare comprehensive reports. 

• Full time, on site
• Day shift: M-F. 7:15am-3:45pm
• $27/Hour
• Weekly Pay
• Benefits available

Accounts Payable Duties:

• Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are in place.
• Inputs invoice and payment information into the accounting system with high level of accuracy.
• Reconciling vendor statements to ensure all outstanding payments are accounted for and resolved promptly.
• Provides support during internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and readily accessible.
• Participates in internal control testing; prepares relevant documentation and confirms approvals are in place.
• Maintains accounts payable files.
• Other duties as assigned.

  Requirements 

  • High School Diploma or GED, documentation required.
  • 1 year of accounts payable experience.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Takes proactive ownership and responsibility of work output.
  • Must be responsible and self-motivated to complete assigned duties accurately and timely with minimal supervision. 
  • Motivated to take on additional responsibilities.
  • Reliable to be on time and perform work to its successful completion.
  • Experience with SAP, ERPLX, or other related accounting software.
