Are you an experienced Inventory Control Specialist with a knack for customer service? We have an immediate opening for an experienced Inventory Control – Customer Service Representative in Columbia, TN!
Responsibilities for Inventory Control – Customer Service Representative include:
- Perform accurate Inventory Control
- Process incoming customer orders, purchase orders and communicate availability of materials.
- Provide customer service and sales support on orders and deliveries
- Manage inventory count discrepancies
- Manage follow-ups as necessary on shipments or deliveries to customers
Experience Required for Inventory Control – Customer Service Representative include:
- 6 months plus experience in an inventory control role
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer concerns and inquiries
- Problems solving and strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to enter accurate data into the system.
- High school or GED
