We have a Warehouse Associate ll opening available for a great company in Tulsa.
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 a hour D.O.E.
1st Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m.

Job Summary:
- The Warehouse Associate ll will support daily warehouse logistics to operate at maximum efficiency.
- This position is primarily responsible for various warehouse tasks such as shipping and receiving, inventory management, and customer order fulfillment.
- This role is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Job Duties:
- Order Fulfillment-Pulling customer orders
- Perform Cycle Counts-1st Count
- Manage Will Calls
- Receiving and Unloading
- Inspection
- Log received items into the warehouse management system
- Perform Cycle Counts -2nd Count
- (Handle and Disposal) and in accordance with OSHA and internal protocols
- Keep Warehouse clean & Organized
- Check shelf-life of expiration and dispose inventory in accordance with health and safety standards
- Safely operate a forklift and standard warehouse equipment; conduct daily checkpoint inspections for proper and safe operations.
- Shipping
- Manage shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies via UPS, FedEx, and other freight companies.
- MS Excel, MS Word, Freight invoice
- Label orders and prepare for shipping while properly handling hazardous and non-hazardous items in accordance with OSHA and internal protocols.
- Preform final inspection before the product is shipped out.
- Quality Control
- Ensure proper Product Certifications and Safety Data Sheets are included on each order where applicable
- Coaching & Mentoring (Training)
Job Requirements:
- Must be Hazmat Certified-To oversee the packing and shipping of hazardous materials
- Heavy Equipment/Machine Operation Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack, pallet ramp, ect
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 to 5 years of related experience and or training
- People and communication skills
- Self-motivated and works well in a team environment
- Able to work with a diverse group of people
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Quick learner -problem solver
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and perform duties with accuracy
- Safety Compliance
- Proper PPE Use
- Time Management
Physical Requirements for a Warehouse Associate ll:
- Ability to operate standard warehouse equipment forklift, hand truck, pallet jack
- Ability to lift/pull/push up to 100 lbs
- BODY MOVEMENTS: The employee must have full range of boy movements including the use of his/her hands to finger, handle, and feel objects such as computer equipment.
- The ability to bend the body, to reach for objects, and to crouch when needed are also required.
- VISION: Specific vision abilities required include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Conditions:
- Working in a warehouse mainly requires manual labor.
- Warehouse associates frequently work on their feet and may do a substantial amount of lifting over a long shift. Being in sound physical shape is usually desired.
