Pallet Builder & Saw Operator

Job Type: Full-time | 1st Shift 

Pay: $18 – $20/hr

About the Job
We’re looking for dependable people who aren’t afraid of hard work to join our team. You’ll be building pallets, cutting lumber with a saw, and helping get products ready to ship out. If you like working with your hands, staying active, and seeing the results of your work every day, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Use an industrial saw to cut lumber for pallets

• Build and repair pallets to our specs

• Stack, wrap, and prepare products for shipping

• Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment

• Keep your work area clean and follow all safety rules

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with pallet building or saws is a plus (we’ll train if needed)

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Good with basic hand tools and power tools

• Reliable and ready to work your full shift

• Team player who can also work independently
