Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Mechanical Focus Location: Rogers, MN Shift: Flexible (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Pay Rate: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour DOE

Position Overview: Join our plastics recycling facility in Rogers, MN as a Maintenance Technician focused on mechanical maintenance and repair. You’ll help keep our production lines running smoothly by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining the machinery that transforms recycled plastics into pellets for injection molding. Basic welding skills are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on recycling and pelletizing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Support welding tasks as needed to maintain equipment integrity.
• Work collaboratively with operators and maintenance team to meet production goals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety procedures.
• Adapt to flexible shift schedules to support continuous operations.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical maintenance experience in manufacturing or processing environments preferred.
• Basic welding skills is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to work flexible shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
