- Monday – Friday
- 8am-4:30pm
- $24-26/ hour
Job Responsibilities:
• Process customer orders & inquiries via email, phone and fax.
• Track customer orders by using a computer system and working with other departments.
• Maintain customer records by scanning documentation and updating account information.
• Investigates customer concerns and provides prompt resolution.
• Must be able to meet daily deadlines and provide timely follow up.
• General clerical duties include: computer data entry, documentation scanning, occasional switchboard relief and light filing. Will perform other duties as assigned.
• Process credit memos and carrier claims.
• Maintain customer service manual & documentation forms as necessary
• Maintain & update make & hold/floor stock summary
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least two to three years of prior customer service experience is required.
- Must possess proficient and professional email/telephone etiquette.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Outlook (or similar), Excel and Word.
- Must possess accurate math skills.
- Must be well organized and have a strong ability to multitask.
- Position may have minimal overtime.
- Reliable and predictable attendance is required.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be able to speak and write clear English.
- Ability to speak and write in Spanish is a plus.
