Job Opening: Machine Operator

Now Hiring: Machine Operators – Evening and Night Shift 

Shift: Evening and Night shift -3:00 PM – 11:20 PM  or 11:00 PM – 7:20 AM
Pay: $18.35 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a high end brake manufacturer’s team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring equipment is running efficiently, and assisting with overall production goals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance

• Use machine equipment to complete assigned tasks accurately and safely

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Evaluate unit efficiency regularly and make recommendations for improvement

•  

  Follow all company safety protocols and production procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar role preferred

• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or production instructions

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout a shift

   

• Valid High School Diploma or GED
