Job Opening: Injection Mold Machine Operator

ResourceMFG is looking for Injection Mold operators for ALL Shifts in the Shelbyville area!

Pay $15 or more an hr. 
1st 7am-3 pm
2nd 3pm-11 pm
3rd 11pm-7am

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Monitor and or Operate machines as assigned.
• Perform in-process visual and gauge inspection of all parts in accordance with the requirements stated on the Quality Check sheets and complete required paperwork.
• Clean the machines and surrounding work areas to ensure the housekeeping and safety of the department.
• Comply with company policies, safety rules and regulations.
• Report any problems or difficulties to the supervisor.
• Assist others when time permits.
• Any other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Ability to understand written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Must be able to work extended hours and/or overtime as required
