Job Opening: Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot, inspect, and maintain industrial machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation

• Perform routine maintenance tasks: cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, and minor repairs

• Read gauges and monitor system performance, making necessary control changes

• Operate ball mill equipment, including starting, stopping, and adjusting to meet production needs

• Load raw materials into the ball mill and monitor the grinding process

• Conduct maintenance and safety checks on the mill and related equipment

• Identify and address mechanical malfunctions to prevent downtime

• Inspect and service equipment at heights over 4 ft using safety harnesses and spot-check protocols (training and gear provided)

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical operations preferred

• Comfortable working at heights (over 4 ft) with proper safety gear

• Ability to read gauges, follow safety protocols, and troubleshoot equipment issues

• Basic knowledge of machinery lubrication and maintenance procedures

• Physically able to lift, bend, climb, and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Willingness to be trained in ball mill operations
