Job Opening: Retail Store Clerk

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate who is dependable, and eager to grow with our team. If you enjoy working with people and have a great attitude — even without prior sales experience — this could be your next opportunity!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Provide product information on lighting styles, finishes, features, and functions

• Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system

• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with care and efficiency

• Learn product details to recommend items and upsell when appropriate

• Assist with in-store promotions and marketing efforts when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills

• Dependable, responsible and professional demeanor

• Sales experience in retail environment preferred 

• Willingness to learn and actively engage in selling

• Candidates with retail, boutique, clothing store, or receptionist experience have done well in the past

• Must be available to work 40 hours per week
