Job Title: Press Brake Machine Operator II – Programming & Fabrication (2nd Shift)
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Position Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $24.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Some mandatory overtime required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Press Brake Machine Operator II – Programming with experience in sheet metal forming and machine programming. This position is responsible for translating technical designs into machine-readable instructions using CAD/CAM software and operating press brake and related fabrication equipment to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and committed to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts to specification

• Use CAD/CAM software to generate and automate machine instructions

• Operate equipment such as S4, P4, and other fabrication machines

• Ensure parts meet quality standards through inspections and measurements

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Maximize machine utilization by following production schedules

• Comply with all safety protocols and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Hands-on programming experience (Trumpf equipment a plus)

• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software

• Familiarity with press brake operations and sheet metal fabrication techniques

• Ability to read blueprints and translate them into accurate machine instructions

• Skilled in measurement tools (calipers, rulers, computer-aided measuring equipment)

• Able to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 3 year of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a similar production rol
