Job Opening: Shipping Floor Picker

Temp to Perm Opportunity

Payrate: $18/hr.

Shift: 1st and 2nd 

Monday-Friday 5:30am – 2pm

Monday- Friday 2pm – 10:30pm

This role is essential to ensuring that outgoing shipments are prepared accurately and efficiently for carrier pick-up.

• Pick finished goods from designated floor location
• Retrieve products from warehouse locations using lift equipment as needed (experience required)
• Prepare pallets for shipment, including strapping, wrapping, and labeling
• Apply PRO labels and verify all shipping documentation is accurate and complete
• Operate stand-up forklift or pallet jack, stand-up lift experience (experience preferred)
• Coordinate with carriers and internal departments for timely pickups and deliveries
• Maintain a clean and organized dock area

 Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a shipping/receiving or dock environment is helpful.
• Ability to operate stand-up lift equipment.
• Ability to lift Heavy 
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in labeling and documentation.
• Dependable with **excellent attendance** and punctuality.

• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Longevity at previous employment (2-3 jobs in the span of 4-5 years)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
