Job Title: Weekend Reach Truck Operator

?? Schedule: Friday – Sunday | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
?? Pay: $19.50/hour

Position Overview

We are currently hiring a Weekend Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team in Fayetteville, NC. This position involves operating a stand-up forklift and pallet jack to move inventory throughout a large distribution center. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient product flow and ensuring accurate shipments.

Forklift certification provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

Operate stand-up reach forklift and pallet jack to transport materials
Move product from racks to staging areas for outbound shipment
Stack, store, and organize merchandise safely in designated warehouse zones
Perform accurate picking and staging of customer orders
Load and unload trailers and verify correct quantities and item types
Use RF scanners and Excel to track inventory and product movement
Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory control
Ensure stock rotation and assist in physical inventories
Maintain clean and safe work environment following safety procedures
Report inventory discrepancies and safety concerns promptly

Requirements

6–9 months of recent experience operating a forklift or cherry picker
Willingness to work in a non-air-conditioned warehouse
Ability to stand, walk, or sit for 12-hour shifts
Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Availability for mandatory overtime during the week and some Saturdays
Familiarity with RF scanning equipment
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and general computer use
Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
