Job Opening: Plating Lab Technician

Manufacturing company in El Cajon, CA is hiring!

• 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm Monday-Friday
• $20-$22/hr DOE
• Performance to hire 

Responsibilities:

• Electroplate parts per customer specifications using appropriate plating techniques.

• Clean and prepare parts prior to plating to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality. • Inspect plated parts for quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with specifications.

• Monitor and maintain plating solutions and equipment, reporting any issues to the manager.

• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of plating processes.

• Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

2+ years' experience in plating or lab work.

Basic understanding of chemical handling and safety procedures.

Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

High School Diploma
