Job Title: Deburring & Production Associate
Location: New Hudson, MI
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6AM – 4:30 PM
Possible overtime on Fridays

Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Deburring & Production Associate to join our team in New Hudson! This hands-on role involves working in a large, fast-paced shop environment with a variety of tasks related to production and shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts at the De-Burring Machine

• Perform some manual deburring

• Move finished products to the shipping area

• Assist with machine operation (training provided)

• Operate forklift as needed (training provided)

• Perform general shop housekeeping (sweeping, trash removal, cleaning)

• Lift heavy items as required

Break Schedule:

• Morning break: 8:15 AM – 8:30 AM

• Lunch: 11:30 AM – 12:00 PM

• Afternoon break

Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy items

• Willingness to perform physical labor in a busy shop environment

• Must wear required PPE (see below)

• Interview required

PPE Requirements:

• Safety glasses (provided)

• Gloves (provided)

• Long pants

• No cutoff shirts

• Work boots (non-steel toe OK)

Additional Details:

• No drug screen required

• Background check required: No violent or sexual felonies (other offenses considered with approval)
