Aerospace company seeking Final Inspector: Essential Functions Statement(s) Perform and document in-process, first article, receiving and final inspections on aircraft parts and processes Read and interpret information from planning documents, tool design, blue prints, specifications and quality inspection procedures to develop clear, complete and precise records of inspection Calibrate inspection tools and equipment prior to using Interface with other individuals from various departments on issues related to quality Provide and assist operators in understanding and interpreting quality specifications and procedures Initiate and prepare nonconformance reports and provide to QA administrators Conduct internal audits as required Suggests new and improved methods for continuous improvement of the quality management system Perform other tasks as assigned

Perform and document in-process, first article, receiving, and final inspections of aircraft parts and processes

Read and interpret blueprints, tool design, planning documents, specifications, and inspection procedures

Calibrate inspection equipment and tools before use

Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments on quality-related issues

Assist operators in understanding and interpreting quality standards

Prepare nonconformance reports and submit to QA administrators

Conduct internal audits and maintain accurate records

Recommend methods for continuous improvement within the quality management system

Prior experience in aerospace or related manufacturing inspection preferred

Strong understanding of technical documents and quality protocols
