Job Opening: Dispatcher / Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support the coordination of equipment rentals, repairs, and field service operations. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, technicians, and sales staff, ensuring timely service, accurate records, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has a background in mechanical, AC repair, or heavy equipment industries and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

• Coordinates technician schedules, handles customer requests, orders service parts.

• Take service or delivery requests and relay instructions to field staff.

• Provide updates to customers regarding estimated arrival or completion times.

• Enter and update work orders, dispatch logs, and service records.

• Document arrival/departure times, service notes, and job completion details.

• Operate systems like BasePlan, Fleet Management Software, or GPS tracking tools. 

Manage service schedules, inventory, and employee availability digitally.

• Drive company vehicle occasionally to pick up or deliver parts to field mechanics

• Create and receive purchase orders for parts and service needs

Hours: 7 am – 4 pm
