SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education : High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) is preferred; technical or vocational training/education at post-high school level is a plus.
Experience : No prior experience necessary, but former manufacturing experience is preferred.
Computer Skills
Ability to learn equipment programming through on-the-job training as required in effectively operating tools, equipment and machinery; use data entry systems, record information software systems, the email system, and the bar-coding systems as required following on-the-job training.
Certificates & Licenses
Powered industrial truck operating certificate as required.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 months relevant Machine Operator experience
- Able to use basic hand and power tools
- Basic math
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to identify problems
- Able to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Able to read ruler/tape measure
- Basic computer skills
Job Responsibilities
- Follow safety guidelines
- Follow standard work instructions as assigned
- Perform hands-on tasks
- Lift up to 50lbs, stand, bend, and reach
- Maintain clean and organized workspace
- Troubleshoot equipment issues
- Experience with CNC, a plus
- Routine maintenance checks
- Ensure product meets customer specifications
- Meet production standards
- Work in a team environment
- Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation
- Inspection of product
- Set up and operation of machinery
