Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Staff Performance Coordinator to support our client site during weekend operations. In this essential role, you will manage workforce performance, ensure service level compliance, and resolve associate concerns in real time. This is a front-line, client-facing position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, coaching, and building strong professional relationships.
Shift Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for all associate issues and concerns.

Coach, counsel, and support employees on attendance, policy adherence, and performance.

Coordinate timely resolution of workforce issues in collaboration with vendors and client partners.

Conduct client-specific new hire orientations and ensure all onboarding documents are completed.

Manage associate assignments, attendance tracking, payroll processing, and compliance.

Attend and participate in client meetings related to operations and safety.

Analyze workforce data using CRM, Power BI, and timekeeping platforms to identify trends and escalate concerns.

Maintain high standards of communication and documentation in all interactions.

This shift provides full-time hours over a three-day workweek.
Work Environment
This role is primarily located at a client site, which may include both office and warehouse settings. The work environment may involve standing for extended periods and working in indoor/outdoor conditions.

Qualifications

Prior experience in staffing, HR, or employee relations preferred.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive, on-site environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, CRM, and timekeeping systems.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in variable environmental conditions.
