Job Summary:

Position requires assembly of all electrical and mechanical components as needed.

Duties:

• Perform manual processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand, electric and pneumatic tooling.

• Reports defective material or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.

• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.

• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedule with minimum supervision.

• Other duties as directed by supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to establish methods and procedures.

• Familiarity with assembly and measuring tools, interpretation of visual aids and ability to perform simple shop math.

• Competency in reading and interpreting engineered drawings, schematics or other technical documents.

• Expected to stand for 8–10-hour shifts.

Multiple job sites in the greater Houston area.

Pay: $17 – $24 DOE Shift: 1st shift 6:00 am – 4:30 pm (10-hour shifts/Saturdays required)
