Job Opening: compounder

A local food manufacturing company, recognized as one of the most creative leaders in flavor development and innovation, is seeking Compounders to join our team. This is a performance-to-hire position with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pull and return raw materials used in compounding.

• Follow all SOPs to weigh, check, and mix ingredients for specific formulations.

• Load materials into automated equipment and make adjustments to ensure proper mixing.

• Monitor product flow and receiver temperatures to maintain quality standards.

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment (pumps, mixers, receivers) to prevent cross-contamination.

Hours: 6 am – 2:30 pm

Pay: $24 can vary on experience 

Location: San Fernando 

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and quality procedures.

• Experience in food or chemical compounding a plus.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
