We’re hiring an Cycle Counters with strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (plus overtime as needed)
Pay: $18.50 – $20.00/hr DOE

Key Responsibilities of Cycle Counters: 

• Perform regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy

• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies

• Record count data in inventory management systems

• Report and document damaged, misplaced, or missing inventory

• Communicate count results to inventory control or warehouse management

• Assist with inventory audits as needed

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for counting and reporting

• Maintain organized and clean work areas

• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified or required)

• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain inventory accuracy

Cycle Counter – Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

• 1+ year of inventory, warehouse, or cycle counting experience preferred

• Basic math skills and strong attention to detail

• Familiarity with inventory systems and data entry

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as pick lists, packing slips, and inventory reports

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift certification or experience is a plus

• Comfortable working in warehouse environments, including varying temperatures

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
