General Bread Manufacturing Labor – Bradenton, FL

Pay: $14.50 – $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-10 hour days, lots of overtime opportunities, weekend availability required

Join Our Bread Production Team

Join a well-established bread manufacturing team where you will help in the elaboración (production) and packaging of bread products that go to families in nuestra comunidad.

We welcome individuals who want stable work, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to grow. No previous experience (sin experiencia) is needed – all positions are trainable.

Responsibilities

• Assist in bread production, packaging, and quality checks.

• Stand for long periods (10+ hours) and bend frequently during your shift.

• Lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• Follow food safety guidelines, including wearing hair and beard nets (redes para cabello/barba) at all times.

• Work in areas with water and slippery floors.

• Support the team to keep production moving efficiently.
