Tube Machine Operator – Precision Manufacturing Team
Location: San Jose

Role Overview
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Tube Machine Operator to join our high-performance manufacturing team. You’ll play a hands-on role in shaping, cutting, and preparing tube materials—critical components used in packaging, industrial equipment, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate & Maintain Equipment: Set up and run tube-forming, cutting, and bending machinery in accordance with production specs and safety standards.
- Ensure Product Quality: Conduct routine inspections and adjustments to guarantee consistent tube dimensions and material integrity.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Quickly identify and address mechanical faults to minimize downtime.
- Handle Materials Safely: Load raw materials and unload finished products; follow all handling procedures.
- Report & Record: Accurately document production metrics, maintenance logs, and shift handoffs.
Qualifications
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Experience with industrial machinery or willingness to learn
- Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers)
- Physical capability for lifting and repetitive motion tasks
- Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Read, understand, and follow Quality policies and ISO directives.
Must be able to move test racks and test equipment to support test setups in various work areas.
Work in ISO9001:2000/SAE AS9100 environment
Identify process improvements to resolve hardware, procedure, and other process related issues.
2 years’ experience in RF/Electrical testing, production testing, and troubleshooting or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong background in electronics and RF testing and RF tuning adhering to procedures and attention to detail
Experience in defense or aerospace industry
2 years as a Test Technician in a manufacturing environment or in the military
Familiar with windows style
Associates degree or Technical Degree in Electrical Technology preferred
