Seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for a fast-paced role in industrial manufacturing. Responsibilities include machine operation, unloading, cleaning (including confined space work), and general maintenance in a hot and dusty environment. This physically demanding role offers long-term growth potential.

- Operate and monitor industrial equipment
- Unload raw materials and finished goods
- Clean machinery and maintain workspaces
- Perform routine maintenance and report issues
- Follow all safety and quality protocols
? Requirements
- Resume and interview required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable with confined space cleaning
- Able to work in high-temperature environments
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Respectful, team-oriented attitude
- Basic conflict resolution and tolerance for diversity
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
